Havent got a lot of info and really could use some help please.
My grandma, Anne Mann nee Fowkes dies about 1972, in Leicester. I believe she was 79, that puts her year of birth around 1893. SShe lived in Leicester, but not sure if she was born there. I know she had several children of which my mum was one and I had an uncle Len (my mums brother or pos step-brother). I did visit an aunt in Leicester also (Spilsby rings a bell). I would love to know more about my gran & her husband/ (s)? and her children.

Thank you so much Laura, that's a lot of information very well done. Yes the deaths of John and Jane would be appreciated thank you. Re the family in the workhouse the John mentioned must have been my mother Jane, the only one missing is Norman. But my mam and Arthur could never fin were he went as apparently they got seperate when the father died. Thank you again Laura.
