Hi Jenny, Yes the IGI is on the LDS site. Click the Search tab and then choose IGI Records on the left hand side & away you go. I have found well over a hundred relatives births and marriages on there. If you're lucky, you can go back centuries. Rick.

Hi Jenny, The site predominantly has American data on, so not surprising. You never know when you might get a lucky break though. Have you tried the IGI ? Thanks for looking Rick. Unfortunately they are not the family I'm looking for. My Charles was born (I think) in Stamford. His son (my great grandfather) was definately born in Easton Lincs. Someone found him on the 1851 census and I think I've found his marriage to Rebecca Smith on Ancestry. I had hoped Kindred would verify that and also add a bit more info. Many thanks Jenny
