WOW Tracey, thank you so much for that. I will have to sift through them all and see which ones are in my direct line. I can probably find a place for them all on my tree. Can I ask one thing? Where there is another surname in brackets. What does that actually mean? Have seen it before and couldn't work out why they would have Lawcock as their name but then (McKerrow) after that. Is it just to show who they are related to? Gloria

Once again thanks Tracey, hate doing this, but dont think they are my family of Forsyth's. John the son in my family could not have been any more than 6, just looked on passenger list (he came out with William - didn't like it went home next year) he was 34 in 1908. To my knowledge, John the father was a shoemaker. My sister tells me she thinks there was a boy Roderick and one James as well, she thougt there could have been 6 children. If you have any few time could you see if there is anyone else that might fit.

Hi Tracy I am trying to find a John & Margaret Davies both born in Scotland. They would be 27/28 in 1881. I believe they were in the Govan area as this is where their second daughter was born in 1883. Their first child Agnes was born in 1881 but it may be after the census as she was 9 on the 1891 census.
