Belle - Couldn't find a death for an Alfred Knight Davidson - but DID find Alfred Edmund DAVIDSON. 1843 SEP Whitechapel 11 333 Linda - James C HEDLEY - Death aged 76. 1962 DEC Paddington 5d 174 Thelma - Found 3 marriages for Alfred Waller in the right time frame - not sure about area tho! these are: - DEC 1852 Kensington 1a 121 MAR 1853 Eton 2c 201 ( Page ref. a bit dodgy - not very clear.) JUN 1853 - def Alfred - but cannot read ref or area - sorry. and for Alfred WALDER in the same time frame I found only 1 ie - 1852MAR Brighton 2b 219. Hope these help! Russell - Sorry - but the registers did not start until half way through 1837 . Searches for events in 1821 & 1824 are not possible in thses registers. Danielle. I am sorry but it is just not practicable to search the registers for 40+ years - would take a huge amount of credits and time - I know its nice to have ends tied - but.......... apologies. Rosi

Kerri and Viveka It's not really that easy or even possible to do a 'blanket' search for several different births over a number of years. Look for the name/s family you want to find on a Census, and find out which area and which year/s you want to check - and then I/you can (hopefully) find a reference for the birth in question and order a certificate accordingly. I'll help if I can - but it's only a very big index after all! Rosi I

Hi Rosi, Thanks for the offer, please could you look for birth details of: Leslie Phillips Reginald Phillips Vera Phillips Dora Phillips Born to Alfred Charles Phillips a bible sales man/minister and Frances Phillips (nee Smith) Their first child Harold John Phillips was born in 1902 in Liskard Cornwall, although they did move around. Worthing and Teddington have been mention by relys not sure if this is right?? Regards Viveka
