Hi Kerry, I owe you an apology. I'm sorry, I meant Enid not Amy...must be getting too old for this game. However you did turn up a surprise for me. I was not aware of the other child Maurice William born in 1913, as the father died in 1913. Now I have two people to try and find. Would you mind checking to see if there is a marriage in Vic for either Enid or Maurice Mackie...if I am right in thinking the marriages go to 1942 ? I appreciate your time. Heather

Hi Marlene From BISA- FRASER,Alexander parents Alexr & Anne b c 1848 d 8.4.1913 Alberton SA buried Payneham married 7.2.1878 Clare SA ; Eliz nee SHOUB b c 1850 d 28.10.1910 Norwood SA children Alexr d inf, Robt d inf, Annie Charlotte FLAVEL (1863-1940) The State Library of SA has free service called 'Ask a Librarian',where if you know the death date,they will lookup in old newspapers for any obituary. Maybe on Alexander Fraser's obit it mentions the ages etc of his siblings. Kerri

Hi Kerri, hoping you can help me yet again. I'm looking for the arrival of my Fraser family in SA. I have been given a photo by a family member with details of their arrival in 1867 aboard to ship 'Berar' on the reverse. It claims that Alexander Fraser, his wife Ann and their children Donald, Alexander, Charlotte and Mary arrived on this ship. I myself can't find any details of this, I'm hoping that you can and hopefully the ages of the children. Also, if possible, I'm hoping to locate the death of ALexander Fraser (Snr) as mentioned above, his wife was Ann and he was born in Scotland somewhere prior to 1830, long shot I know!! Hi Kerrie, I think you may have looked for me before but if you have new CD it's worth asking again. I am looking for Herbert Lewis Phillips who emigrated to Australia after 1923. He should be travelling with his wife Elvira. He was born c1898 in Aberdare Wales. As far as I know they had no children at that time. Thanks. Sue
