To Steven Pankhurst : Great site keep it up. Can I make a few suggestions : 1) Would it be possible to add a "print tree" feature. You need to think about the format as some trees will be (hopefully ) very large. 2) It is difficult to redisplay the female ancestry line, but I guess that a display either has to be a pyramid ("your tree" display as it stands) or an inverted pyramid (showing all male and female ancestors for a single person). Maybe you could add an inverted pyramid display since all the data required is already available. 3) After updating an ancestor, disply refresh times are longer and longer - they seem to be proportinal to the size of the tree - do you have a performance problem. 4) Could you display the place of birth on the tree - this is findamental data. 5) Could you add a field "occupation" - this info helps to give a feel for how one's familly has managed to survive for so long. Thanks a lot, Andrew TOOTILL |
