Hi Jacqueline I presume that you are living in England. You can go to the nearest LDS centre or Library which has genealogical resources. They normally have the index of all births, marriages, deaths for all the areas of England. Since you do not know the mother's age, you can go backwards looking for a precise birth entry of Emily Minnie HARVEY. I would start at 1902 and go backwards. Once you find the birth of Emily Minnie HARVEY, you can order a birth certificate. You also have a couple of other ways to check out info on Emily. Once you have the birth dates, you can check the 1901 census which is available as Pay for Use to find where she is living in the 1901 census. Also, you can check the same indexes for a marriage of Emily starting in 1916 and going forward. Hope this helps. Ask any more questions and I will try to help.
