Member Since: May 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	Chris Trouse -19/08/04 Trying to find out anything about James/William Reid. Would have had sisters Christina (Kirsty) born 1898, Agnes (Nancy) born 1907 and brothers John and David. Father was Alexander Reid a master butcher and they lived at 519 Alexandra Parade in Glasgow - think his wife's maiden name was Buchanan. After their father died they emigrated to Toronto before WWII. Kirsty married and had one daughter (both now deceased) and my mother, Nancy, and younger brother David returned to Scotland where my mother married Alexander Mackie (both now deceased). Have a feeling James/William may have emigrated to Australia but haven't found a relative to confirm this. When my uncle David died he left a sum of money to a hospital and haven't been able to find out why - hospital didn't know either. If any of this rings a bell with someone please get in touch. Thanks.
