ROBERT REID. My father died about 14 years ago now but he originally came from Castlemilk in Glasgow, Scotland. I know that he has or had sisters still alive. He married my mother whilst he was serving as a Royal Marine and he was down in Plymouth/Portsmouth area. I am sure that one of his sisters is called Jean. He returned to Glasgow in his later life. I would really like to know what family I have on his side as I know nothing about them apart from just before he died I did visit and I also seem to remember that maybe one of his other sisters might have been called Margaret. His father was also Robert I think but my dads nickname was also Jock. |
