William born 1814 almost certainly married Eleanor in Ireland

1856 looks like a second marriage -the cert will tell you his father’s name

Please could someone help. I'm trying to help a friend out but struggling.
They are trying to find out info on,
William Kitcher b. 1814 Chelsea. We believe he was a sergeant in the army. He married Eleanor (Hogan) b. 1815 Ireland. I have no other info on her, as unable to find any marriage or birth details.
Known children,
William b. 1838 Carlisle
Jane b. 1841 Scarborough
Joseph b. 1849 Driffield.

I have found them all in the 1851 census and the 1861 census, but his wife is down as Elizabeth born in Lincolnshire.

I know William (1838) married Mary ? And they too had a son called William Henry Kitcher b.1866 Driffield.
Just finding it hard to locate any other info, unless I'm searching wrong.
