Where exactly in Wales were these two baptisms? There are lots more baptisms for that name.? Do you know for certain that his parents are John and Mary?

I have 2 baptism records for a Benjamin Davies, could they be one of the same? or which could be the correct one.
1) Wales, select births and Baptisms 1541-1907
Mother Mary, Father John Davies
Birth 19/03/1819
Baptism 28/2/1821
There is an unusual time lag between the above dates

2) England & Wales Non-conformist Non-Parochial Registers 1567-1970
Mother Mary Davies, Father John Davies
Birth not indicated
Baptism 16/5/1819

The Benjamin I know to be correct got married to Jane Thomas in Wales 1850
Vol 27, Page 49, line 17.
The above wife died and he remarried Elizabeth Jones in Wales 23/12/1858

Could it be Benjamin was Baptized twice for some reason.
