Yes I did notice that which is a conincidence. I believe George's middle name was Thomas. I do have a birth cert for him born 1855 with his father listed at Thomas and mother Mary Byott, and on censuses I have found it does look that this is the correct family as there is also a brother Thomas listed. But his marriage cert to Lilian his father is listed at George.

Looks like he had children with his first wife although they only initials to you may be able to find their births

On the 1881 census George and his wife have his brother living with them who is also a Florist.

Any middle name and the occupation of his father and also the witnesses names might help

No it says he is a bachelor.

I cannot find a previous marriage and his wifes name only gives an initial.

Try looking for a possible earlier marriage...then for the death of any possible spouse

I do have the 1901 census and know that to be correct.

I believe it is him on the 1881 census, as he was a florist and he is listed as a florist???
