Ruth , as far as I can see there is no link between the Henry Radley born to Martha and Moses and the Henry leek born to John and Sarah...there can't be.

Your cousin may be tracing wrong lines, i'm sorry because I know time is pressing but we need to track this from some firm point...ie you basically or at least your parents.

yes thankyou, how do i prove when time is of the essence, that henry leek, born 1874, lewisham, deptford, is then the same henry radley born same place and year ?

there IS a henry Radley born 1874 St george London...

also this Henry Leek does seem to be around for 1891/1901 census under the name Leek......

Well, up to you. Just as long as you are sure and have looked for Henry Radley but not found him! Not entirely convinced, but then I am an old cynic ...
