Oh that's funny! I read it, too, as Edward King Bisop of Lincoln. Of course , that's what it says when it should be Edward King, Bishop of Lincoln.

he'll be listed in some reference book or other, and if you're lucky, it will show his family/parents/siblings

So - my guess is born 1935, and I won't put the details here because this person and any siblings could be living.

From the GRO index at Ancestry, searching by parents' surnames and registration district, that Edward appears to have one sister.

There are numerous others with the same surnames in the vicinity, timewise and placewise. So he could have other siblings, or the person born in the same district might not be a sibling.
