FAIRTHORN

FAIRTHORN Report 12 Jan 2009 16:08

4 foster homes

The reason for that is DIFFERENT foster mothers foster NEWBORNS
then you are passed on to others BEFORE adoption.

So 9 months is not long as adoptions take time.

If you were 9 YEARS OLD I could understand you complaining.

QUOTE yeah well have u been through what i have been in 4 foster homes and then finally adopted at the age of 9 months old cos really i dont think you will like it,its hearbreaking when your adoptive mum says that social services tell her that your real mum isnt very well but i dont know what shes like now and it would be very nice to see if shes ok UNQUOTE

Adopted at 9 MONTHS ............you were lucky

Social Services have JUST told your adoptive mum, your birth mother is ILL !!

& that is it !!! .............HOW do THEY ( Social Services ) know UNLESS they are in touch with her.

SO WHY do you asking about your birth father ???

FAIRTHORN

FAIRTHORN Report 12 Jan 2009 16:00

Why do adopted persons sadly ASSUME that their parents are still together OR know where each other are ?

This is a search for her father BUT all the talk is about her mother who is ill ?

Why not contact Social Services .............they deal this this & will know the TRUE reasons for the family "splitting up " !

The attitude of " KATIE " is all wrong for a start !

GR is not the place for this !

At the top of this page there's a tab labeled "Search Trees"
Click on that and you'll be taken to a page with a search form on it.
Put in ............
Your mother's first name and maiden name.
In birth place put Barrow in Furness.
Press Search

You should find that you have her name listed, a lady called Jennifer and your mother has herself there.
Good Luck
