Hi Sharon,
My GG Grandfather, John Long was born in Epperstone, Notts, c1824, he moved to Cheshire with his wife, Ann Bertram, and four of his children about 1862. His parents Richard Long, born Elston, Notts,c 1791 to ? 1859 and Amelis Pearson born c 1802. Does Epperstone or Elston fall into the area of you disc.

richard long died 25 10 1859 epperstone, amelia pearson baptised 12 9 1802 to john and sarah labourer epperstone
dont know if this is of interest or if a completely different family john long 26 6 1824 to richard and milly henry 8 11 1825 anne 12 3 1830 labourer epprstone
married on the 22 7 1823 richard to milicent pearson epperstone amelia is one of approx 11 siblings

found a bit more, kids of john and anne anne 1 3 1857 stephen bartram 27 8 1854 henry 7 2 1852 harriett 29 11 1849 more children to richard and millicent long
emma 18 4 1847 harriett 25 9 1836 and thomas 13 1 1839.

could you possibly give a bit more information of the people you are looking at as there are a fair amont of moseleys on the baptism disc i will check the other disc

there are no baptisms or deaths on the discs for scarrington but here are the marriages i have found.
elizabeth to nicholas bulby 7 1 1590
elizabeth to richard marshall 9 5 1627
anne to robert nix 5 6 1655
elizabeth to thomae (could be thomas but this is what is on the disc) porter 1 6 1856
all scarrington

Sharon, could you have a look and see if there are any Bolitho on the disk. There were a small number of them on 1901 census but have been unable to find deaths for some of them.

cannot find any burials in notts gen cem but i looked on free bmd there are 3 on there registed at basford when i can get my basford disc to load i will keep you in mind and check then
