Think our William Clark was born in1860 and may not have married as he is living with my g.g.'s family in 1891 census.

just found a marriage of William Clarke to Martha Bland but it was in 1805 so prob no connection.

Frank H is there it definately says tailor. I thought it a little strange such a big leap but if times were bad people did suddenly change occupation. Then again there could be two clark families.

My g.g. was Fred b.1863 and I had him with brothers Frank H and william
Thought their father remained a cottager/gardener

Never heard of anyone being a tailor

Can't find any death's on the disc for the Hartshorn family (the burial disc isn't that good).

Maybe Martha is really Margaret as you say chrisa but then we don't have a marriage for a martha hartshorn to a keetley.
Looks like the problem won't be solved

As you said John and Martha only had sons

So the 1881 & 1871 are wrong!

I thought it was too much off a coincidence
