Hi trying to find a James Reid born 1801 - not known where - but he married a Mary Sheill in Kelso on 24th march 1824 they had a Thomas 1825, Anthony 1826, James 1828, William 1832, John 1836, Lyle 1836, and Elaine 1838, I am trying to trace James Reid parents as deceased at time of his marriage. In the 1841 scottish census they were living in Schoolhouse Beith. |
