Ta. Sorry thought nailsea/wraxall was a part of Bristol, must have been different years ago. Maybe that's why I am having difficulty tracing Williams' siblings/parentage etc.

Hi Marcelle, you haven't any weddings, deaths or births for the Bathe family in Bristol before about 1830 have you please?

Sorry, just realised it's only marriages that you are offering! Any of those then please?

Many thanks

Helen

Hi can you provide any information on the marriage of William Simmons and Sarah Crane, possibly in the parish of Wraxall/Nail Sea. I am ultimately looking for the name of William's father.

Hello Marcelle, thanks for getting back to me.

Bummer on Amelia Parsons.

Unfortunately she died in 1849. 1841 census has her as born Gloucestershire so I was hopeful it was Bristol.

Thanks for your time & effort.

Ozi.

Hi Mo

Have searched high & low but no luck I am afraid

The only thing I found was a Henry Colston Carter 05/02/1809 @ Temple but father was Thomas Mother Ruth

As he is coming up in the census as Bristol, Somerset I can only suggest checking the Somerset records.

I have checked baptisms 1754 - 1837 and marriage index 1754 - 1837

Good luck

Hi Ozi

I can find their marriage but no baptism for Amelia. I checked for their children and could only find daughtr Amelia baptised 13.6.1830 ages 11 months @ St Mary Redcliffe. There were a few children born to a James Tayler Ball & Amelia but not John & Amelia.

Sorry
