is it poss to search for his sisters eileen & shiela harris born in kent around 1925 -1935??
thier fathers death george harris born c 1895 died in kent 1968 -1975

Just to sum up I have now searched from 1965-1983 and again NO SIGN of Robert W Harris born 1926.
So think maybe you have some wrong information on his death in his early 20s?
As I said searched from 1940-1983 now and No Match for his name and age that I can find.
So maybe look at his death in the 1984-2006 CIRCA as there are three there born 1926.
Check out his birth date and middle name and go from there.

February 1997
Think as Robert was registered September Quarter the above are more likely than this one.
If you want the References for this one anyway just let me know and I will post them.
So there are only three registered born 1926 in the deaths from 1984-2006.
Of course he could be in the deaths from 1965-1983 as I have not searched those yet.

Here is another death that ould also be your Robert, think perhaps you should get Robert's birth certificate to get his exact date of birth and his middle name and then we could look for his death with full information to go by!

I have been looking for the death for ROBERT W HARRIS born 1926.
Now do you by any chance kno his middle name?
Or do you know his exact date of birth?
I know he was registered September Quarter 1926, but he could have been boen earlier and registered in that quarter for whatever reason?
I have searched from 1940 when he would be just 14 years of age right through to 1965 when he would be 39 years of age and NO SIGN!
So gone to Deaths from 1984-2006 and found:
ROBERT WALTER HARRIS Born 22 May 1926, death registered WINCHESTER, April 2006.
District NO: 5021B
Reg No: B64D
Ent No: 013
Dor: 406

yes dartford does fit in with my family background
my dad was born erith kent under dartford so was i my brother my sister too
lily was born in ipswich suffolk {lily is my dads sister } thier parents moved to kent when the children were young

Think Flo is right with this death as Lily would not be 69 until later in year so that makes year born right and she has the middle initial of T.

Just to say the only Lily Harris death I have found that could be your Lily is this.
Lily Harris registered in TRURO March Quarter 1973.
Given date of birth for this lady is December 12th 1897 which would fit with her birth.
No middle name given, but that is possible depending on who registered the death and if they knew her middle name?
