When you look at the post there is a date and time on them (in blue) for example your post was today at 10:29(this is in blue)
If you see that the post date is older say than 6 months it might be better to pm the person by clicking on there name.
Hope this clarifys what we mean??

Forgive this beginner, but what are you talking about?

Please explain to this dunce just how do you find this information,as to how OLD the posts are?
you are talking a foreign language to me is there anywhere "a please explain instruction"Would it not be simpler if the date is shown on the message in the first place?

One of the problems here is, if I 'filter this board by surname' this thread doesn't come up.

It would be nice if it could be 'stickied'
