Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 5 Send Message	Hi, I'm trying to find amy descendant's of Jamesina Margaret Calder Reid, Born in Scotland ( Arbroath) in 1926. I am aware that she lived in a Childrens Home after her parent's death, along with her sisters and that after she left the Home, she moved around the UK working. However I have been told that before she met and married my Grandfather she had a child, We think that the child was concieved during the war years, possibly just after she left the Children's home. We know that the child stayed with my Grandmother for at least 2 weeks and that during this time she called the baby Richard. The child was then taken from her and placed up for adoption. We do not know whether the child kept the name or whether he continued to live in Scotland after he was born. I would be very grateful for any further information. Thank you.
