Does anyone know of a Thomas Reid who emigrated to Canada in July 1926 aged 25 - he would have been 26 in the September. He sailed from Greenock Glasgow to Quebec on the Cunard ship Aurania. Immigration records show he was to go to an Uncle in Tugaske Sask but he never got that far. He could have settled anywhere in Canada. His year of birth was 1900, his father was John Reid from Hallbank Tundergarth Lockerbie and his mother Agnes Davidson Wilson from Langholm. With him being a young man he must have met and married and had a family. I'd love to know where he went.
